A poll conducted by Consumer Reports found that 66 percent of Americans have haggled prices and most shoppers who asked for price reductions were successful. The survey went on to show that: 83 percent received better deals on hotel rates 81 percent reduced their cell phone bills 81 percent paid less for clothing 71 percent received discounts on electronics 71 percent received discounts on furniture 62 percent had their credit-card fees lowered 58 percent paid less on medical procedures Do you haggle?
